Parts Clerk/Runner
MW Rentals and Services, Inc.Excellent driving record a must. Receiving & stock inventory, fill in-house part orders, maintain inventory control. Computer knowledge and filing a must. Parts experience and mechanics knowledge is a plus. Pay based on experience. Must pass drug test and have clean driving record. Order parts, track backorders, and communicate updates promptly. Receive shipments, verify quantities and condition, and put parts in the correct locations. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation. Process returns, warranty parts, and core returns according to manufacturer procedures. Pick up parts from Vendors and run other errands for the company Keep the parts storage areas clean, organized, and safe. Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Ability to use electronic parts catalogs or willingness to learn. Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills. Clear communication and a helpful, professional approach with coworkers. Ability to manage several requests at once and follow through on orders. Valid driver’s license. Ability to stand and walk throughout the workday and safely lift and move parts and supplies.
