Parts Advisor- Retail/Wholesale Schedule- Monday-Friday 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM Salary Range: $50,000-$65,000 per year with a monthly bonus No Nights! No Weekends! We'd like to talk to you! Lee Auto Malls in Auburn has an excellent opportunity for a Parts Advisor to join our BUSY team! Responsibilities: Answer incoming phone calls from retail and wholesale customers and help determine their needs Accurately identify part numbers using paper and electronic resources Work with customers and sales department to accessorize and upfit vehicles Merchandising and maintaining a parts & accessories showroom to ensure displays are full, current, and priced properly Complete quotes Locate, order, and track parts Check-in parts and contact customers once they arrive Deliver parts to technicians when needed Contact service department when special order parts arrive Process and close open repair orders Other tasks as assigned Qualifications: Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills Excellent organizational skills Cash handling required 1+ year of automotive parts experience/Automotive accessory knowledge Strong communication and computer skills AFTER SUCESSFULLY APPLYING PLEASE CHECK YOUR EMAIL FOR TIME SENTITIVE NEXT STEPS Family-owned since 1936, Lee Auto Mall has grown to 14 locations statewide, employing over 400 people.
