What You'll Do Assist technicians, service advisors, and customers with parts inquiries and recommendations Accurately source, quote, and order parts in a timely manner Manage inventory and ensure stock levels meet business demands Maintain organized inventory records and support inventory counts Build strong relationships with customers through knowledgeable and professional service Work closely with the service department to ensure efficient repairs and customer satisfaction What You Bring Previous experience in a dealership or aftermarket parts department is preferred Strong knowledge of automotive parts and inventory processes Exceptional customer service and communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy when ordering parts Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities A positive, team first attitude and willingness to support those around you Why You'll Love It Here Career Growth That Doesn't Hit a Ceiling At Go Auto, where you start is only the beginning.
