Parts Advisor (Giambalvo Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram)

Jack Giambalvo Family of dealerships is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Parts Advisor to join our Giambalvo Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram team! This role is ideal for someone with automotive parts experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. What You’ll Do: Assist retail customers, service technicians, and internal departments with selecting and ordering parts Provide price quotes and product information in person and over the phone Pull parts from inventory and prepare orders for pickup or delivery Order parts not in stock and manage backorders as needed Inspect incoming parts for accuracy and damage Coordinate with vendors and submit emergency orders when required Support service technicians with parts needed for repairs in process Maintain organized inventory and replenish stock as needed Process returns and issue credits in accordance with dealership procedures Keep front and rear counter areas clean, organized, and professional Stay current on product knowledge, inventory, and manufacturer updates What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent Automotive parts experience preferred (1+ year ideal) Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic computer and organizational skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Valid driver’s license with a good driving record Why Join Jack Giambalvo Family of Dealerships?
