Parts Advisor

Woodstock Chrysler has an immediate opening in our busy parts department! The ideal candidate will have a desire to provide great customer service, possess strong attention to detail, well-mannered phone skills, and computer experience. PBS and Star Part experience is a plus, but not necessary. We are seeking an employee who is looking for long-term employment and is an ambitious self-starter. Job Responsibilities: Issue parts and accessories to technicians from the parts counter. Utilize the phone and internet to source availability and prices for parts. Provide delivery service of orders when necessary Display seasonal parts and accessories in an attractive manner. Control files, reference books, and other paperwork at the parts counter. Maintain customer back order file. Counter sales. Handling of cash and credit transactions. Other duties may be added as necessary Essential Requirements: Professional appearance and strong communications skills. Strong record of positive customer service results with a customer-focused attitude. Team oriented. Valid driver’s license with a clean driver's abstract.
