Parts Advisor

Job Summary As a Parts Advisor, you’ll support customers and colleagues by helping identify parts, process sales, and coordinate accurate order fulfillment. You’ll contribute to an organized, responsive parts operation through clear communication and attentive service. Responsibilities Assist customers with parts inquiries, explain options, and support retail sales using strong customer service and phone etiquette. Process transactions through POS systems, handle cash accurately, and maintain clear records using Microsoft Excel or relevant systems. Coordinate order fulfillment, track stock and maintenance needs, and use CMMS tools where applicable. Apply sound math, negotiation, and organizational skills to resolve questions and keep parts requests moving. Your impact: Accurate, timely parts support helps customers complete repairs and enables colleagues to serve them effectively. Experience Required: Practical communication, customer service, organization, basic math, and accurate transaction-handling capabilities support daily sales and fulfillment duties. Preferred: Dealership experience, automotive repair knowledge, retail sales, cashiering, cash handling, POS or CMMS familiarity, and Microsoft Excel skills are advantageous. Bilingual or multilingual communication can help serve a broader range of customers. Related strengths in sales, marketing, sales management, and maintenance are also welcome.
