Part-Time Warehouse Associate Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and motivated Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role involves supporting warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will play an important role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, inventory is maintained properly, and daily warehouse operations run smoothly. Responsibilities Receiving and Inventory: Receive incoming shipments, inspect materials, store products in designated locations, and record inventory accurately in the system. Order Picking and Packing: Pick products according to order documents and securely pack items for shipment. Order Shipping and Tracking: Prepare orders for dispatch, coordinate with shipping carriers, and ensure tracking information is recorded. Inventory Control: Perform regular inventory counts, maintain accurate stock records, and report discrepancies. Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace. General Support: Help with other activities as required. Experience Minimum 2 years in a similar role is required. Experience with inventory management software or ERP systems is an asset; SAP experience is a plus. Ability to lift and handle materials weighing up to 40 lbs. Comfortable using basic warehouse equipment, including a manual pallet jack. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively. Ability to work independently while contributing to a small team. Flexible and comfortable adapting to changing priorities. What We Offer Compensation $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience. 15–20 hours per week with flexible weekday hours. No weekend work or required overtime. Permanent, part-time position.
