Part time Tow Truck Flatbed Driver

Job Overview We are seeking an individual willing to train to become Tow Truck Driver and join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in automotive diagnostics and mechanical knowledge, along with excellent customer service skills. As a Tow Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting vehicles and providing assistance to customers in need. This role requires a commitment to safety and professionalism while on the road. Duties Operate tow trucks, including flatbed and traditional models, to transport vehicles safely. Perform automotive diagnostics and basic repairs as needed during towing operations. Load and unload vehicles with care, ensuring minimal risk of damage. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients in distress and addressing their concerns. Manage conflicts effectively while maintaining a calm demeanor in high-pressure situations. Maintain accurate records of towing services provided, including vehicle condition upon pickup and delivery. Conduct routine inspections of tow truck equipment to ensure safety compliance. Collaborate with dispatchers to respond promptly to calls for assistance. Skills Proficient in automotive diagnostics and repair, with a solid understanding of mechanical systems. Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles is preferred. Strong conflict management skills to handle customer inquiries and issues effectively. Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
