PART-TIME SHIPPING & WAREHOUSE CLERK Company: High Risk Training Location: Columbus, Ohio Position: Part-Time Department: Operations / Warehouse Reports To: Operations Manager POSITION SUMMARY High Risk Training is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Part-Time Shipping & Warehouse Clerk to support our daily shipping, order fulfillment, inventory, warehouse, and light production operations. This position will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping customer orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, receiving and organizing products and materials, and keeping the warehouse clean and organized. The position will also assist with light production tasks such as product bagging, labeling, folding, packaging, and preparing products for shipment and inventory. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, hands-on, and able to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Shipping & Order Fulfillment  Process daily customer orders and shipping activities.  Accurately pick products from warehouse inventory.  Pack and prepare customer orders for shipment.  Generate shipping labels, packing slips, and other required documentation.  Verify order contents and quantities before shipment.  Process shipments through company shipping and inventory systems.  Ensure orders are shipped accurately and on schedule.  Process returns, exchanges, and replacement orders as directed.  Assist with resolving shipping issues, damaged shipments, or incorrect addresses.  Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient shipping area.  Communicate order or shipping issues to management and other departments. Inventory & Warehouse Operations  Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments.  Unload and put away products, materials, and supplies.  Stock products in designated warehouse locations.  Maintain accurate inventory counts and product locations.  Perform routine cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.  Identify and report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or missing items.  Assist with moving inventory between storage, production, and shipping areas.  Maintain organized and clearly labeled inventory locations.  Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.  Assist with warehouse organization and improvement projects. Product Preparation & Light Production  Bag, fold, package, and label products.  Prepare products for inventory and shipment.  Apply product labels, tags, packaging, and other required components.  Assist with quality-control inspections of finished products.  Identify and report products that do not meet company standards.  Prepare materials and components for production.  Assist with basic assembly and production tasks as needed.  Maintain clean and organized production work areas.  Support production operations during periods of increased workload. General Operations  Develop familiarity with High Risk Training products and inventory locations.  Follow established procedures for shipping, inventory, production, and warehouse operations.  Assist with loading and unloading deliveries.  Safely operate warehouse equipment and tools after appropriate training.  Communicate inventory, shipping, product, or warehouse issues to management.  Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
