Part-time sales associate and customer service representative

Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits of various items, especially in technology sales Provide knowledgeable assistance on product specifications, usage, and troubleshooting Handle sales transactions accurately using POS systems and process cash handling efficiently Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and sales volume Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays and ensuring products are well-stocked Manage customer inquiries via phone or in person with professional communication skills and phone etiquette Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and product organization Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment at all times Experience Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred, especially in technology or electronics sectors Bilingual abilities (English and additional languages) are highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele Demonstrated ability to perform product demos and explain technical features effectively Experience with POS systems, cashiering, and basic math skills for handling transactions accurately Strong communication skills, time management, organizational skills, and the ability to upsell effectively Previous experience in merchandising, cash handling, or retail sales will be considered an asset Familiarity with customer service best practices and maintaining professional phone etiquette This role provides an engaging environment where you can grow your sales expertise while delivering outstanding service.
