OTR 26ft Box Truck Driver – 20% Gross Revenue + Bonuses

Big Bread Enterprise Logistics is seeking reliable, professional, and experienced 26-foot box truck drivers to join our growing transportation company. We are looking for motivated drivers who take pride in their work, prioritize safety, communicate effectively, and understand the responsibilities of operating a commercial box truck over the road. This is an OTR position involving interstate deliveries. Drivers must be comfortable traveling across multiple states and staying on the road for extended periods. Compensation & Incentives 20% of gross load revenue for each completed load. $150 DOT Inspection Bonus: Earn $150 for successfully passing a qualifying truck and driver DOT inspection. $200 Oil Change Incentive: Earn $200 for performing an authorized truck oil change. Company-provided fuel card for approved fuel purchases. Opportunity to earn additional income through performance incentives. Consistent dispatch support and load coordination. Minimum Qualifications Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience driving a 26-foot box truck. Valid driver’s license with a clean and acceptable driving record. Experience operating commercial box trucks on interstate routes. Ability to safely operate a 26-foot box truck equipped with a liftgate. Familiarity with DOT regulations, vehicle inspections, and Hours of Service (HOS) requirements. Ability to use an Electronic Logging Device (ELD). Ability to communicate professionally with dispatchers, brokers, and customers. Must be dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious. Driver Responsibilities Safely operate a 26-foot box truck on OTR routes. Complete required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Properly secure freight using straps and other provided equipment. Operate liftgates and pallet jacks when required. Maintain accurate electronic logs. Provide timely updates on pickups, deliveries, and delays. Submit signed Bills of Lading (BOLs), Proofs of Delivery (PODs), and other required paperwork. Maintain the truck’s cleanliness and report maintenance concerns immediately. Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies. Company Policies Strictly NO SMOKING inside company vehicles. Drivers are expected to treat company equipment professionally. Drivers must follow all company safety, maintenance, and communication procedures.
