Part Time Physical Operations & Logistics Assistant $21 per hour | Part Time | 25 hours per week Job Description Panel Décor Hub is looking for a reliable, organized, and physically capable Physical Operations & Logistics Assistant to support our Las Vegas showroom, warehouse, inventory, and local delivery operations. This is a physical, hands on position that involves lifting, moving, loading, and unloading wall panels and other materials, as well as warehouse, inventory, delivery, and showroom support. The position is approximately 25 hours per week, Sunday through Thursday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM . The ideal candidate is dependable, physically capable, organized, and able to work independently without constant supervision. Responsibilities Restock products from storage and keep inventory organized Prepare customer orders and scheduled shipments Load and unload wall panels and other materials Assist with local customer deliveries Prepare customer pickups and make sure orders are ready Maintain an organized and accessible warehouse Organize storage areas and showroom inventory Prepare and maintain product samples Cut, label, and restock samples when needed Prepare Design Boxes for customers and partners Check sample inventory and product displays Report missing, damaged, or low inventory Assist with showroom organization and general operational tasks Complete additional operational tasks as needed Physical Requirements This is a physically demanding, hands on position . The employee must be able to: Repeatedly lift and move wall panels and other materials Load and unload products from vehicles Move products between the showroom, warehouse, and storage locations Stand, walk, bend, reach, and work on their feet for extended periods Safely handle large and bulky materials Perform physical warehouse and delivery tasks What We're Looking For Reliable and dependable Strong organizational skills Good common sense and problem solving skills Able to work independently and take initiative Able to follow instructions carefully Comfortable working in a physical warehouse environment Comfortable driving for local deliveries Detail oriented and careful with products Professional and respectful when interacting with customers Able to stay productive without constant supervision Previous warehouse, logistics, delivery, or inventory experience is preferred but not required. Schedule Sunday through Thursday 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM 25 hours per week Some flexibility may occasionally be required depending on delivery schedules and operational needs. Compensation $21 per hour Part time position with the potential for additional hours as business needs increase. About the Role This position is not limited to completing scheduled deliveries and restocking. Once immediate operational tasks are completed, the employee is expected to use their time productively by working on inventory organization, sample preparation, Design Boxes, showroom organization, and other operational tasks. The goal is to keep our showroom, warehouse, inventory, samples, customer pickups, and operational areas organized, stocked, prepared, and ready for business throughout the week.
