Delivery Driver — Use Your Own Vehicle A1 Logistics Inc. | FedEx Delivery Service Provider Earn money delivering small FedEx packages in your own vehicle! A1 Logistics Inc., an independent service provider for FedEx, is hiring dependable, safety-minded drivers to join our team. Schedule Part-time opportunities, with delivery operations running seven days a week. Shifts generally start at 8:15 a.m. and are typically 4–6 hours, depending on delivery volume and route completion. Drivers are scheduled for no more than five days per week. Drivers with both weekday and weekend availability are preferred. Flexible availability to accommodate changing delivery needs is preferred. Pay and Benefits $20–$25 per hour, plus $0.50 per completed delivery stop. Starting base pay of $20 per hour , with opportunities to advance to $25 per hour based on safe driving, reliable attendance, delivery accuracy, and demonstrated proficiency. Performance reviews at 30, 60, and 90 days , with pay increases based on meeting established performance standards. Per-stop pay is earned in addition to hourly wages. Paid for all hours worked, including required loading, sorting, training, deliveries, and end-of-day duties. Overtime pay as required by law. $150 sign-on bonus after 30 days of employment. Weekly pay. Washington paid sick leave: accrue one hour for every 40 hours worked. Personal Vehicle Expenses This position requires using your own vehicle. Hourly and per-stop payments are wages; no separate mileage reimbursement is offered. Drivers are responsible for fuel, maintenance, insurance, and other vehicle operating expenses, subject to applicable law. Driver Requirements At least 21 years old. Current driver’s license held for at least one year. Driving record that meets applicable eligibility requirements. Successfully complete the required background screening. Smartphone with active cell service. Dependable, professional, and committed to safe driving and accurate deliveries. No prior commercial driving experience required. Experience with Amazon, UPS, FedEx, Uber, Lyft, or Instacart is a plus. Vehicle Requirements Reliable car, van, or truck suitable for package delivery. Trucks must have a secure, covered cargo area. Must meet current FedEx AVP eligibility and inspection requirements. Valid registration and authorization to use the vehicle. Clean, well maintained, and safe to operate.
