Procurement Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities Process purchase requisitions (PRs) and purchase orders (POs) using Coupa and SAP. Maintain procurement records and documentation in accordance with company policies. Generate reports related to open POs, pending approvals, spending activity, and transaction status. Ensure compliance with procurement policies, approval workflows, and purchasing controls. Support internal and external audits related to procurement transactions. Coordinate with Global Supply Managers, Buyers, and Category Managers to support daily procurement activities. Support system enhancements and process automation initiatives within Coupa and SAP. Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Procurement Operations, Purchasing, Supply Chain Operations, or a related field. Advanced hands-on experience processing purchase requisitions and purchase orders in Coupa. Advanced hands-on experience using SAP for procurement transactions.
