Part-Time / On-Call Delivery Driver Culinary Specialties, Inc. – San Marcos, CA Culinary Specialties, Inc., a prepared-food manufacturer and distributor in San Marcos, is looking for a dependable Part-Time / On-Call Delivery Driver to help cover delivery routes during the week and on Saturdays as needed. This is a great position for someone looking for flexible, part-time work rather than a guaranteed five-day schedule. Schedule: · Typically, 5:00 AM to approximately 1:00–2:00 PM · Weekday shifts available as needed to cover open routes · Saturday availability when needed · Schedule will vary based on delivery needs Delivery Areas: San Diego County · Orange County · Los Angeles · Palm Springs / Inland Empire Responsibilities · Load the delivery truck at our San Marcos facility · Safely deliver food products to hotels, resorts, country clubs, caterers, and other customers. · Unload and properly handle customer orders at each delivery location · Verify orders and obtain required delivery paperwork and signatures · Provide professional and courteous customer service · Keep the delivery vehicle clean and follow all company safety procedures Requirements · Valid California Class C driver's license · Clean and acceptable driving record · Dependable and punctual, especially for early morning starts · Comfortable driving throughout all areas · Able to safely load, unload, and handle delivery boxes · Professional appearance and attitude · Previous delivery or commercial driving experience preferred Position: Part-Time / On-Call Starting Location: San Marcos, CA Typical Hours: Approximately 5:00 AM–1:00/2:00 PM We are looking for someone dependable who can become our go-to driver when we need additional route coverage , including occasional Saturdays.
