Overview We are seeking a motivated and responsible Part Time Keyholder to join our dynamic retail team. As a keyholder, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting management in daily tasks. Responsibilities Open and close the store securely, ensuring all safety protocols are followed Assist customers with inquiries, product knowledge, and sales transactions to enhance their shopping experience Manage inventory levels, stock shelves, and oversee stock replenishment to maintain optimal product availability Support management with training new team members and supervising daily store operations Handle cash register operations, including cashiering, POS system management, and cash handling procedures Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, stockroom, and checkout areas Contribute to merchandising efforts by implementing visual displays and pricing strategies that attract customers Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or customer service roles is preferred Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience within a retail setting Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Excellent communication skills, including managerial communication and phone etiquette Proficiency with POS systems, inventory management software, and basic math skills for cash handling and pricing calculations Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer bases effectively Knowledge of retail industry sales team management, merchandising, stock control, and operational procedures is highly desirable Join us as a Part Time Keyholder to help deliver outstanding shopping experiences while developing your leadership potential!
