Part Time Key Holder - Luxury Retail

Job Summary Bloodline Design is seeking a motivated, reliable, and customer-focused Key Holder to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their retail leadership skills, with the potential to grow into a full-time Assistant Manager role as our business continues to expand. Responsibilities Open and close the store as scheduled Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships Assist customers with product selection, custom inquiries, repairs, and special orders Process sales transactions accurately using Shopify POS Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment Assist with inventory management and merchandising Support daily administrative and operational tasks Collaborate with management to achieve sales and customer service goals Help train and support future team members as the business grows Qualifications: Must have a minimum of 1 year of Retail sales experience, ideally in Fashion/Jewelry Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers confidently An eye for style and design Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities Prior jewelry knowledge is an asset Must be available during the holiday seasons, Nov 20th-Dec 24th.
