Part Time Key Holder

Overview Aylmer Pharmacy is seeking a Part-Time Key Holder/supervisor to lead our retail environment! In this energetic role, you will support store operations, assist customers, and ensure a seamless shopping experience. As a Key Holder, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills in a vibrant, fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Open and close the store securely, ensuring all safety protocols are followed Assist customers with product inquiries, demonstrations, and purchases, including technology sales and upselling opportunities Manage cash register operations, including cashiering and cash handling Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays and stock levels to attract shoppers Support inventory management through stock replenishment and product organization Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions promptly and courteously Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and security checks Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or technical sales environments is advantageous Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and customer interaction capabilities Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, cashiering, and basic math skills for transactions Excellent organizational skills with time management to prioritize tasks efficiently Experience in merchandising, upselling, and promoting products to maximize sales opportunities Demonstrated ability to work well independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting Weekends and evening availability is a must! Pay: From $17.95 per hour Work Location: In person
