Dispatcher: Saint Cloud, MN Description We are seeking a dedicated and organized Part Time Dispatcher to provide essential support to your site manager and staff. As the main point of contact for our site, you will play a crucial role in managing schedules, routes, and ensuring smooth pickup and drop-off operations. Your excellent communication and problem-solving skills will be vital in addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining an orderly dispatch area. Requirements Excellent scheduling and priority-setting abilities. Proficiency in phone systems, computers, Google Drive, and Internet applications. Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional customer service aptitude. Effective problem-solving capabilities. Proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills. Ability to establish and maintain productive working relationships. Successful interaction and communication with personnel at all levels. Ability to handle demanding situations in a fast-paced environment. Self-starter with proven organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in an organized manner. Exercise confidentiality, tact, diplomacy, and independent judgment in performing duties.
