Summary: Build pallets and prepare products for shipping to customer. Qualification Requirements To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Minimum Qualifications · Must be at least 18 years old. · 2-4years’ experience in shipping · 2-4 years’ experience in manufacturing · Safe operation of hand tools, including a nail gun. · Forklift certification preferred. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities · Must be able to read and understand a tape measure. · Must be able to work independently or as part of a team. · Able to operate hand tools, including but not limited to: drill, saw, hammer, crowbar, circular saw, nail gun and heat gun. · Capable of basic maintenance on all equipment in the shipping department. Supervisory Responsibilities N/A Essential Functions · Perform work to meet production requirements and shipping schedules. · Build pallets and other materials used to ship products. · Follows SEECO’s safety and quality guidelines. · Other duties as assigned.
