Packout & Kitting Associate

About the position: As a packout associate at BBK Performance, you will be working with our Deland, Florida team packing and kitting new parts. Minimum of 1yr - 2yr experience in a warehouse environment, packing, and kitting is recommended, however BBK Performance provides full training for each process. Must have a great work ethic and positive attitude as BBK company culture is that of maintaining a positive atmosphere that encourages individual growth and performance bonuses. Some lifting is required and candidate must be able to keep up in a fast paced environment. This is a 1st shift position 7am to 3:30 pm. - Kitting of hardware for new product - Finished goods packaging of small to medium sized auto parts - Pulling of product & components - On feet during shift and standard lifting required - Starting pay is $16/hr Growth Opportunities: With our Deland facility undergoing a rapid growth of our production & warehousing capacity, many growth opportunities are available to team members who prove to be reliable, positive & productive in their job duties.
