Packing, Shipping & Shop Organization Associate

Overview We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking person to handle packing, shipping, and organization throughout our shop. This person will help keep the shop running efficiently by protecting finished products, keeping inventory organized, and making sure everything is in its designated place. Responsibilities: Inspect, wrap, and package finished cabinets, panels, and parts to prevent damage. Move finished products into designated inventory locations and keep orders grouped and clearly labeled. Maintain organization throughout the entire shop, including materials, supplies, inventory, and finished products. Keep aisles, work areas, and storage locations clean and accessible. Verify quantities against orders and packing lists. Prepare pallets, stage shipments, and assist with loading and unloading. Coordinate with the production team to keep products moving and orders ready on time. Assist with other shop duties as needed. What we’re looking for: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Dependable attendance and a motivated attitude. Someone who takes initiative and keeps things organized without constant direction. Comfortable working on your feet and safely moving bulky products with assistance or equipment. Packing, shipping, warehouse, or manufacturing experience is a plus. We’re willing to train the right person.
