Job Description: As a Packing and Shipping Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive their Pokémon card and collectible orders quickly, accurately, and in excellent condition. We’re looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn. Previous packing and shipping experience is preferred, but not required. Responsibilities: Pick products from warehouse locations using order details and packing lists Verify the correct product, version, pack size, and quantity for each order Sort and match livestream purchases using buyer usernames and order details Group purchases for the same buyer and combine orders according to company procedures Pack sealed products securely, protecting original packaging and using appropriate boxes and cushioning Inspect items for damaged packaging or broken seals and flag concerns before shipping Double-check items, quantities, and shipping labels before sealing packages Flag missing items, inventory shortages, or order discrepancies to the team lead Keep completed orders and orders awaiting review organized and clearly separated Sort outgoing packages by carrier and service for daily pickup or drop-off Work with teammates to prioritize orders across fulfillment channels and meet daily shipping deadlines Assist with inventory counts, stock organization, and restocking picking locations Maintain basic inventory and fulfillment records using internal systems and Excel/Google Sheets Learn internal shipping systems and assist with order splitting and label preparation as needed Help receive incoming shipments and stage outgoing packages for carrier pickup Keep packing stations clean, organized, and stocked with supplies Follow company packing standards and warehouse safety procedures Requirements: Reliable attendance and availability Monday through Friday Strong attention to detail and ability to follow packing and fulfillment procedures Good organizational skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Clear communication skills and willingness to report issues or ask questions Basic computer skills and willingness to learn internal shipping systems Ability to lift and carry packages safely and perform routine warehouse tasks Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new products and processes Previous packing, shipping, or inventory experience is preferred, but not required Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets is preferred, but not required Knowledge of pop culture, collectibles, and trading cards is a plus Familiarity with Pokémon cards and different sets and editions is a plus Benefits: Competitive compensation package Employee discounts on Pokémon card and collectible purchases Fun, fast-paced, and collaborative work environment with fellow enthusiasts Pay: $18.04 - $21.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Work Location: In person
