Responsibilities Load and unload shipments using appropriate material handling equipment such as forklifts and manual tools Sort packages by destination, size, and weight to facilitate accurate shipment processing Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and automatic inserting machines safely and efficiently Prepare shipments for delivery by packing, labeling, and organizing items according to company standards Maintain organized storage areas through filing, inventory management, and regular housekeeping tasks Assist with mail distribution and processing incoming/outgoing mail with precision and care Support warehouse operations by performing data entry into tracking systems and updating shipment records accurately Requirements Prior warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse distribution processes preferred Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and consistently throughout shifts Experience operating material handling equipment such as forklifts is highly desirable; certification is a plus Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for filing, shipment sorting, and data entry tasks Basic math skills for measuring, counting, and verifying shipments Customer service orientation to assist team members and support smooth warehouse flow Outdoor work experience is beneficial for roles involving outdoor storage or yard activities Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for documentation purposes Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures including load & unload activities and shipment processing Join us today to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence in warehouse distribution!
