Package Delivery Driver - Minivan/Large SUV

NEED MORE DELIVERY BLOCKS? Frē ǝrth Logistics is now hiring seasonal package delivery drivers for North Phoenix, Anthem & Cave Creek! Benefits: Consistent & compact delivery areas - know where you're going and learn the area! Pay rate is $1.70 per successful stop. Most shifts deliver between 70 and 100+ stops. Available Schedules: Shifts available Sunday through Saturday. All shifts start at 11am. Requirements: Own a reliable Minivan or Large SUV. Maintain a valid driver’s license in the state of Arizona with an excellent motor vehicle driving record and auto insurance. Pass a criminal background check. Minimum 1 year of delivery driver experience (Amazon Flex, Door Dash, Uber, etc.) Ability to climb up and down stairs multiple times per day. Own a reliable smartphone that can be utilized for business purposes. Daily Duties: Receive, organize, and load packages of varying size and weight as assigned each workday. Safely operate and navigate your vehicle in various road and weather conditions. Follow all traffic laws including speed limits and posted signage while adhering to strict safety and quality standards on and off the road. Use smartphone for scanning packages, receiving delivery information, GPS navigation, managing delivery progress, conducting administrative requirements. Provide excellent customer service and deliver packages in a professional and courteous manner. Maintain a friendly and enthusiastic attitude at all times. Effectively communicate with the support team in a timely manner when there are delivery or customer issues. Important to Note: Federal and state taxes are not withheld from weekly pay and will be the driver’s responsibility for independent contractor positions. Expenses including fuel, vehicle maintenance, and smart phone service are the driver’s responsibility for independent contractor positions.
