Driver Helper – Amazon Delivery Service Partner Angel Delivery – DSP is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner looking for dependable, enthusiastic, and hardworking Driver Helpers to join our team! POSITION IS IN SWEDESBORO / LOGAN TOWNSHIP, NJ Starting Pay: $19.00 per hour Full-Time Positions Available Driver Helpers ride along with our delivery drivers on two-person routes and assist with delivering Amazon packages to customers. You will work as part of a team to help ensure packages are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time. What You'll Do Ride with an Amazon delivery driver and assist with daily delivery routes. Help load, organize, carry, and deliver Amazon packages. Assist the driver with deliveries to homes, businesses, apartments, and other locations. Lift and carry packages throughout your shift. Get in and out of the delivery vehicle frequently. Walk, climb stairs, and remain physically active throughout the workday. Provide excellent customer service and help us deliver packages and smiles to our customers. Follow all safety procedures and company/Amazon delivery standards. Work cooperatively with your assigned driver as a two-person delivery team. Physical Requirements Must be able to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs. Must be able to repeatedly get in and out of a delivery van. Must be able to walk and climb stairs throughout the shift. Must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation. Compensation & Benefits Starting pay: $19.00 per hour Full-Time positions available Paid training Paid overtime when applicable Health insurance and benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) Life Insurance – $10,000 employer-paid coverage with the option to increase coverage Tuition reimbursement for future learning Same-Day Pay available Opportunity to advance to other positions within our delivery operation Training All Driver Helpers must complete required onboarding and in-person service qualification training before working on delivery routes. 1 day of paid training Training includes knowledge checks and a final exam Up to 3 attempts are permitted for the final exam Additional training and advancement opportunities may be available Requirements Must be at least 21 years old Must be eligible to work in the United States Must be dependable and punctual Must have a strong work ethic and positive attitude Must be comfortable working in a physically demanding position Must be able to work as part of a two-person delivery team Must successfully complete required Amazon onboarding and training A valid driver's license is not required for the Driver Helper position. Location Routes originate from the Amazon Delivery Station in Swedesboro, NJ / Logan Township, NJ.
