Seeking Independent Truck Drivers & Owner-Operators | Nationwide Opportunities Job Description We are currently seeking motivated, dependable, and professional Independent Owner-Operators and Authorized Motor Carriers interested in working with a reliable freight dispatching service. Our goal is to help independent carriers maximize their earning potential by providing professional dispatch assistance, finding quality freight opportunities, negotiating competitive rates, and coordinating loads that align with their preferred lanes and schedules. Whether you operate locally, regionally, or nationwide, we are looking to build long-term relationships with reliable carriers who are ready to keep their trucks moving and their businesses growing. This is an independent contractor opportunity. Carriers maintain ownership and control of their trucking operations. Responsibilities Operate and maintain your own commercial truck and equipment. Transport freight safely, professionally, and on schedule. Maintain communication with dispatch regarding load assignments, pickup times, and delivery updates. Provide accurate availability, location, and preferred shipping lanes. Review and accept freight opportunities that meet your business needs. Ensure timely pickup and delivery of assigned loads. Maintain proper shipping documentation, including bills of lading and proof of delivery. Maintain compliance with applicable DOT and FMCSA regulations. Keep your truck and equipment properly maintained and roadworthy. Communicate professionally with brokers, shippers, receivers, and dispatch personnel. Requirements & Qualifications Must be an independent owner-operator or authorized motor carrier. Must own or legally lease a commercial truck and applicable equipment. Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL), when required for the equipment operated. Active motor carrier operating authority (MC/DOT), where applicable. Valid commercial auto liability and cargo insurance, as required. Current medical certification, when applicable. Clean and acceptable driving and safety record. Knowledge of freight transportation and trucking industry procedures. Reliable communication and professional customer service skills. Ability to meet pickup and delivery deadlines. Must have the ability to legally operate the equipment and transport the freight being accepted.
