Owner-Operator Snow Plow Contractor – Pickup Truck Required

TNT Services Plus Inc., a well-established commercial property maintenance company with over 35 years of experience, is seeking **experienced Owner-Operator Snow Plow Contractors with their own pickup trucks** for the upcoming winter season. We are looking for reliable, professional operators who take pride in their work and can provide consistent, high-quality snow removal services at commercial properties. This position is for owner-operators with their own properly equipped pickup trucks. We are not hiring inexperienced operators or applicants without suitable equipment for this role. Responsibilities - Perform commercial parking lot snow plowing using your own pickup truck and plow. - Follow assigned routes and site-specific instructions. - Respond promptly to snow events, including overnight, early morning, weekend, and holiday callouts. - Ensure properties are cleared safely, efficiently, and to company standards. - Identify and avoid curbs, landscaping, vehicles, buildings, and other obstacles. - Maintain communication with dispatch and supervisors. - Complete required service documentation and reporting. - Maintain your truck and equipment in safe, reliable working condition. Minimum Requirements - Own a reliable 4x4 pickup truck equipped with a commercial-grade snow plow. - Minimum 2 years of commercial snow plowing experience preferred. - Experience plowing commercial parking lots, plazas, and industrial properties. - Valid Ontario driver's licence with a clean driving record. - Appropriate commercial insurance coverage. - Ability to work independently and follow assigned routes. - Reliable availability throughout the winter season, including nights and weekends. - Working cellphone for dispatch communications and service reporting. - Strong attention to safety, property protection, and quality workmanship.
