Owner Operator Lease-On | Flat Percentage | Weekly Pay | CDL & Non CDL

We're filling 10 Owner Operator lease-on spots by the end of the year. We've been operating for 5 years in this industry and are looking for long-term partners to grow with. Pay shown is estimated weekly gross revenue before our percentage, fuel, insurance, and operating expenses. Actual revenue varies by equipment, miles, lanes, and freight. FLAT PERCENTAGE, NO SURPRISES - CDL trucks: Flat 23% - Non-CDL trucks: Flat 20% Our percentage applies to the full load amount, including fuel surcharges, detention, and other accessorials. It includes lease-on admin, factoring, dispatch, ELD, TMS access, and Load Manager support. Insurance costs are not included. A prorated first insurance payment is due before your first load. This is a 12-month lease. Escrow and early termination terms apply and will be reviewed before signing. EQUIPMENT WE ACCEPT - 26 ft box trucks - 53 ft dry vans (must have a trailer or access to one) - CDL flatbeds - Flatbed hotshots REQUIREMENTS - Clean driving record for the last 7 years. Exceptions may be made depending on the violation. - 2-3 verifiable references from recent jobs or carriers - Willingness to submit to random drug screens (Zero Tolerance Drug Policy) - Your own equipment, verified to be operable and meet DOT standards - Regional or OTR operation. No local lease-ons at this time. - Must come on to our insurance - Must carry your own bobtail insurance. Our insurance does not cover physical damage to your truck. - Must use our ELD system CDL OWNER OPERATORS You do not need your own trucking company or MC. You'll run under our authority, but you must have your own IRP and IFTA accounts before you can lease on. - Valid CDL and medical card - Active IRP plates in your name - Active IFTA account in your name - Responsible for your IRP and IFTA costs and filings WHAT YOU GET - Dedicated, in-house, US-based dispatchers - Weekly direct deposit every Friday, with statements every Thursday - Fuel card access with discounted fuel pricing. You pay what the card charges, with no markup, and you'll receive your fuel statements. - Toll transponder available on request. Tolls are deducted weekly at the actual amount charged. - Load Manager support while you're over the road - TMS access to track loads, income, miles, maintenance, and repairs - Discounted Carrier to CEO consulting to help you grow from 1 truck to 5 - Referral bonus: Earn up to $1,000 for each qualified owner operator you refer who stays active with us.
