Overnight Inventory & Warehouse Team Member Nick’s Menswear / The Modern Groom – Phoenix, AZ Full-Time | Flexible Overnight SchedulePay: 19–22 per hour, depending on experience Nick’s Menswear / The Modern Groom is hiring a reliable, detail-oriented Overnight Inventory & Warehouse Team Member to support inventory accuracy across our five Phoenix-area retail stores. Your primary responsibility will be counting merchandise, verifying inventory records, and identifying discrepancies while stores are closed. You’ll also help with warehouse picking, packing, and preparation of replenishment and transfer orders as needed. This is an active, hands-on position for someone who stays focused, works independently, and takes pride in getting the details right. Schedule Work takes place between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM , while our stores are closed. Full-time, eight-hour shifts will be scheduled within that window, with flexibility to agree on a consistent start and end time. The final schedule, including workdays and meal breaks, will be coordinated with the Operations Manager based on inventory needs and store access. The overnight window does not mean you are required to work a 12-hour shift. What You’ll Be Responsible For Conducting scheduled overnight inventory counts at retail locations and in the warehouse Accurately identifying and counting merchandise by style, size, color, and location Using scanners and inventory tools to record counts and verify product information Recounting discrepancies and reporting findings to the Operations Team Lead / Manager Following counting procedures to prevent missed or duplicate counts Identifying misplaced merchandise, labeling issues, and mixed sizes or styles Keeping counted areas organized and leaving stores ready for the next business day Picking, inspecting, and packing replenishment and transfer orders as needed Scanning and processing inventory transfers in Shopify according to established procedures Maintaining clean, organized warehouse and stockroom areas Communicating count progress, discrepancies, and unfinished work before the end of each shift This Role Is a Strong Fit If You… Enjoy detailed, hands-on work and take pride in accurate counts Can maintain focus through repetitive tasks Are dependable and comfortable working overnight Work independently while following a consistent process Balance efficiency with accuracy and ask questions when something does not match Keep merchandise and work areas organized Requirements Availability to work a consistent overnight schedule within the 9:00 PM–9:00 AM window Ability to report to assigned Phoenix-area store and warehouse locations Strong attention to detail and basic counting skills Basic computer skills and comfort using handheld scanners or learning inventory systems Ability to perform physical inventory tasks, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and moving merchandise, with or without reasonable accommodation Clear communication and consistent attendance Previous retail, inventory counting, or warehouse experience preferred Shopify experience is a plus; training will be provided Benefits Dental insurance Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Vision insurance Job Type: Full-time Pay: 19–22 per hour, depending on experience Work Location: In person across our Phoenix-area retail locations and warehouse Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
