Overhead Door Distribution Warehouse Manager

Job Overview Lead warehouse operations that keep products moving safely and accurately from receiving through shipping. As Warehouse Manager, you’ll guide the team, coordinate logistics, and strengthen inventory control across warehouse distribution and distribution center operations. Use warehouse management systems and inventory management systems to monitor stock, support timely order flow, and identify opportunities for process improvement. Responsibilities Direct daily warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving, materials handling, and inventory management. Lead, coach, and schedule team members; set clear expectations through effective managerial communication and team leadership. Maintain accurate inventory records using a warehouse management system, inventory management systems, and RF (radio frequency) scanners. Oversee safe use of forklifts and other material handling equipment; reinforce Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) practices and safe heavy lifting. Review workflows, apply lean management principles, and use Microsoft Office tools to improve accuracy, safety, and logistics coordination. Qualifications Required: Warehouse experience, warehouse management experience, and demonstrated team management or warehouse supervisor experience. Required: Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping and receiving, and distribution center operations. Preferred: Forklift and material handling equipment operation experience, familiarity with OSHA practices, and experience applying lean management or other process improvement methods. Ability to perform job-related materials handling and heavy lifting safely. Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 45.0 per week Benefits: Paid time off Work Location: In person
