We’re looking for an experienced, dependable Class A CDL Over-the-Road (OTR) Flatbed Driver to join our transportation team. Sleeper trucks provided for over-the-road travel. Occasional longer-distance routes may be available. Route scheduling is designed to provide regular opportunities to get home; actual home time will vary depending on routes and operating needs. Enjoy the miles and earning potential of OTR driving while primarily running throughout the Western United States. What You’ll Be Doing Safely operate a sleeper tractor and flatbed trailer. Transport steel studs and construction materials to customers. Properly secure loads using straps and tarps. Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections. Maintain compliance with DOT regulations and company safety policies. Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members. Maintain accurate driving and delivery records. Driver Qualifications Required qualifications: Valid Class A CDL in good standing and current DOT medical certification. Previous flatbed driving experience, including strapping and tarping. Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmissions. Previous OTR or long-haul driving experience. Clean and acceptable driving and safety record. Ability to work a flexible schedule. Ability to lift at least 50 pounds. Commitment to safe driving practices and teamwork. Preferred qualifications: Three or more years of flatbed or construction-material hauling experience. Forklift experience. Compensation & Driver Incentives Mileage Pay: $0.55–$0.70 per mile, depending on experience. Tarp Fee: $125 Drop Fee: $50 Monthly Mileage Bonus Monthly Miles **Additional Pay per Mile 6,000 miles +$0.01 per mile 7,000 miles +$0.02 per mile 8,000 miles +$0.03 per mile Safety Bonus: $2,500, paid 30 days after your one-year anniversary.
