Reporting to the Director, Distribution Operations the Outbound Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing all outbound warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, picking, packing, staging, loading, shipping, and delivery coordination activities. This role ensures customer orders are processed safely, accurately, and efficiently while meeting operational, service, and productivity targets. What you will do: Lead and oversee all outbound warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, shipping, and delivery coordination. Plan and manage daily workflows, staffing, and resources to meet customer service, productivity, and operational goals. Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement in efficiency, accuracy, and service levels. Collaborate with Inventory, Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Transportation teams to resolve issues and ensure seamless order execution. Lead, coach, and develop warehouse team members while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and engagement. Champion health and safety, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable legislation. Support operational planning, cost control, and ongoing process improvements to optimize warehouse performance. Perform other duties as assigned by the Director, Distribution Operations. About you: 5+ years of progressive experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, or supply chain operations, with 3+ years leading teams in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of order fulfillment, shipping, transportation coordination, and warehouse operations. Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams while driving accountability and results. Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), RF scanners, and Microsoft Office required. Experience using Transportation Management Tools an asset Analytical and data-driven, with experience using KPIs to improve productivity, efficiency, and service levels. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage competing demands. Solid understanding of health and safety practices, regulatory compliance, and customer service requirements. Forklift and material handling equipment experience required; wholesale distribution industry experience is considered an asset.
