We offer performance-based pay, with drivers earning 25% of the truck’s weekly gross revenue, plus opportunities for additional bonuses. We are looking for drivers who take pride in their work, communicate professionally, and want a long-term opportunity with a growing company. We provide the company truck, fuel card, dispatch support, and management assistance to help you focus on safe and timely deliveries. PAY AND BENEFITS Earn 25% of weekly gross truck revenue. Potential earnings of $1,250 to $1,750 or more per week, depending on truck revenue. Opportunities for safety, performance, and on-time delivery bonuses. Company box truck provided. Company fuel card provided for authorized business expenses. Dispatch and management support. Opportunity to grow with our expanding fleet. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Drive a company box truck on interstate and over-the-road routes. Pick up and deliver freight safely and on time. Follow dispatch instructions and communicate regularly with management. Inspect the truck before and after each trip. Secure freight properly using load bars, E-track straps, and other required equipment. Complete bills of lading, delivery receipts, and other paperwork. Keep the truck clean and report maintenance issues, accidents, or delays immediately. Follow applicable DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety procedures. Use GPS and mobile applications for navigation and communication. QUALIFICATIONS Valid driver’s license appropriate for the assigned vehicle. Good driving record. Previous box truck or commercial driving experience preferred. OTR driving experience is a plus. Dependable, punctual, and professional. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude. Willingness to travel across multiple states and stay overnight. Ability to safely secure and handle freight. Ability to pass applicable driving record and background checks.
