Career Opportunity We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable full-time Order Selector to join our Distribution Centre team in Halifax, NS. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing customer orders while contributing to the efficient day-to-day operations of our Distribution Centre. The successful candidate will bring a positive ‘can-do’ attitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while meeting productivity and accuracy expectations. Key Responsibilities Accurately & efficiently pick, assemble, and load orders for shipment while maintaining targets for time and accuracy Ensuring all Health & Safety protocols are adhered to Participating in continuous improvement activities Performing general cleaning duties to maintain a clean and safe environment Work effectively as a team, use and learn from each other's knowledge and support your co-workers Ensure all Health and Safety protocols are followed Demonstrate our company culture and values and perform other duties as required. Qualifications & Core Competencies High school diploma or equivalent required. Warehouse experience is an asset, but not required – full training provided Experience using a Pallet Jack and Forklift is an asset, but not required - full training provided Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Enjoy a fast-paced environment Strong multi-tasker with solid attention to detail Positive and self-motivated Effective verbal communication skills and the ability to read and follow written instructions Proven track record of reliability and safety Thrive in a team setting and able to work independently Steel toed shoes required Additional Location: 3695 Barrington Street, Halifax, NS B3K 2Y3 Job Type: Full Time (37.5 hours per week), Permanent. Schedule/Store Hours: Our working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Occasional evenings and weekends may be required as needed to meet business needs.
