Order Selector

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Selector to join our warehouse team. In this position, you will be responsible for accurately selecting, organizing, and preparing customer orders for shipment while maintaining an efficient and safe warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse setting. Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. Key Responsibilities Select and pick products from designated warehouse locations according to customer orders. Verify product quantities, item numbers, and order accuracy. Use handheld scanners and warehouse inventory systems to track orders. Organize, pack, and prepare selected items for shipping. Load and unload products and materials as needed. Move products safely using pallet jacks, carts, and other warehouse equipment. Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock organization. Replenish picking locations and keep warehouse shelves organized. Meet daily order fulfillment goals while maintaining quality standards. Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards. Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse operating guidelines. Work closely with warehouse associates and supervisors to ensure timely order processing. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous warehouse, order picking, or distribution experience is a plus. Ability to read and understand order sheets and product labels. Basic math and counting skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good organizational and time management skills. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Willingness to learn warehouse procedures and equipment operation.
