Order Puller/Stocker Job Summary The Order Puller/Stocker is responsible for efficiently selecting and preparing products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. This role involves physically retrieving items from storage areas, organizing stock, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and adherence to safety protocols to support smooth warehouse operations. Responsibilities Accurately pick and gather items according to order specifications Ensure correct quantities and product types are selected for each order Organize and stock inventory in designated storage areas Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed Follow safety guidelines and company policies during all tasks Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals Skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking Physical ability to lift, carry, and move products frequently Basic organizational skills for stocking and inventory management Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Good communication skills and teamwork orientation Reliability and punctuality in completing assigned tasks This position offers an engaging opportunity for individuals who enjoy physical work and are committed to supporting efficient warehouse operations.
