Order Processor / Customer Service Representative

Learn more at www.fab-form.com. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to handle order processing, customer service, and administrative support in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with sales, production, warehouse, shipping, and accounting to ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment and strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Receive, review, and accurately enter customer orders (online store, email, phone, and other channels) into the ERP/CRM system (Odoo preferred) Verify product numbers, quantities, pricing, customer details, shipping addresses, and delivery requirements Confirm product availability; coordinate with warehouse and manufacturing on timing and backorders Process invoices, prepare sales orders, packing slips, delivery documentation, and related paperwork Track orders and shipments; provide timely updates and delivery confirmations to customers Answer calls and website inquiries from around the world; maintain strong customer relationships Enter and maintain accurate customer and order data in company systems Help resolve order discrepancies, shipping errors, shortages, and returns Assist with warehouse tasks when busy (packing, labeling, moving/organizing material) Communicate with production, sales, and accounting on special orders, credits, and issues Support continuous improvement of order-processing and customer-service procedures Skills & Qualifications Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills; able to prioritize and multi-task Excellent written and verbal communication and customer-service skills Comfortable with digital tools; experience with ERP/CRM systems (Odoo or similar) is a strong asset Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Experience in order processing, customer service, sales administration, logistics, warehousing, or construction manufacturing/distribution is an asset Personal transportation is a plus (Annacis Island location) Compensation Competitive salary Health and wellness benefits 10% equity bonus at year-end Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding, innovation-driven company Pay: From $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: Casual dress Extended health care Paid time off Profit sharing Wellness program Work Location: In person
