We are a wholesale distribution company serving convenience stores and retail businesses. We are seeking a dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Warehouse Order Picker to join our team in Pensacola, Florida. Our warehouse operates in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, productivity, and teamwork are essential. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, demonstrates a strong work ethic, maintains a positive attitude, and understands the importance of being reliable. Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate! Job Responsibilities Accurately pick customer orders according to invoices. Verify product descriptions, quantities, and packaging to minimize picking errors. Organize and prepare completed orders for delivery. Stock merchandise and replenish picking locations. Identify and report inventory shortages, damaged products, and discrepancies. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse. Complete assigned downtime tasks, including cleaning, stocking, and organizing. Follow company procedures and safety guidelines. Meet daily productivity and order accuracy expectations. Communicate respectfully with supervisors and coworkers. Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned. Qualifications & Requirements Reliable transportation to and from work and the ability to consistently arrive on time are required. Previous warehouse or order-picking experience preferred, but not required. Ability to lift and move merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical warehouse duties throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to learn new procedures and accept constructive feedback.
