Order Picker

We are seeking experienced Order Pickers for full-time overnight positions in Scarborough. The ideal candidate has hands-on warehouse picking experience, is comfortable operating powered material-handling equipment, and can consistently meet productivity and accuracy expectations in a busy distribution environment. Compensation $25.00/hour guaranteed for the first 8 weeks Following the initial 8 weeks, the position pays a $21.00/hour base rate with uncapped earning potential (average minimum $25.00/hour) Your earnings for each pay period will be based on whichever is greater: your hourly earnings or your calculated piece-rate earnings Increased productivity provides the opportunity to earn above the standard hourly rate Night Shift Options Applicants must be available for one of the following overnight schedules: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM 1:00 AM - 9:00 AM Key Duties Pick, verify, and prepare orders for shipment or distribution Operate powered warehouse equipment, including electric pallet jacks and Walkie Riders Scan products and orders using RF scanners, barcode scanners, and handheld devices Follow electronic pick lists, system instructions, and established warehouse procedures Consistently achieve required productivity, accuracy, and quality targets Move and stage products safely throughout the facility Comply with all warehouse safety policies and equipment procedures Maintain a steady pace and high level of performance in a fast-moving overnight operation Qualifications At least 1 year of previous Picker or Order Picker experience At least 3 months of hands-on electric pallet jack experience Previous experience operating a Walkie Rider , ideally Raymond or comparable equipment Background in a high-volume warehouse, distribution centre, fulfillment operation, logistics, e-commerce, or similar environment Proficiency with RF scanners, barcode scanners, and handheld warehouse technology Comfortable working with smartphones, mobile applications, and digital warehouse systems Strong attention to detail while working at a fast pace Ability to consistently work toward productivity and performance targets Reliable attendance and punctuality, with the ability to work overnight shifts consistently Ability to quickly adapt to new warehouse systems, procedures, and processes Hands-on electric pallet jack and Walkie Rider experience is mandatory. Candidates who do not meet the equipment experience requirements will not be considered. Pay: From $25.00 per hour Work Location: In person
