We are looking for an Order Picker to join our Edmonton team. In this role, you will help ensure customer orders are picked accurately, packaged securely and prepared for shipment. You will also support receiving, inventory and general warehouse operations to keep things running smoothly. Whether you are bringing warehouse experience or looking to build your skills in a new role, we welcome candidates who are dependable, detail oriented and ready to learn. What You’ll Do Pick products from warehouse stock according to packing slips, ensuring the correct items and quantities are selected. Record picked items on packing slips and prepare orders for shipment. Package products securely to help prevent damage during transportation. Assist the Shipping Department with freight documentation and ensure customers sign packing slips and receive a copy when required. Help receive and put away weekly stock transfers, verifying shipments against packing slips and visually inspecting products. Assist customers at the pickup counter. Support the Inside Sales team with inventory checks as needed. Participate in training related to hose assembly, delivery orders and receiving goods. Maintain a clean, organized and safe warehouse, including keeping aisles clear. Assist with general warehouse upkeep, including sweeping, garbage removal and snow shovelling. Follow established safety procedures and complete other warehouse duties as assigned. What You’ll Bring We welcome applicants at all experience levels. You do not need to have experience in every area to be considered. High school diploma or equivalent. Previous warehouse, order picking, shipping or receiving experience is an asset, but not required. Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems is an asset. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Basic math skills and the ability to accurately check products and quantities. Clear communication skills and the ability to follow instructions. The ability to perform the physical duties associated with warehouse work. Product knowledge is an asset. A willingness to learn, contribute to the team and follow safe work practices.
