Order Management Specialist

We also provide assembly services through complete product box builds. Position overview We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Order Management Specialist to process customer orders, maintain accurate ERP records, and coordinate order confirmations and shipments. This role works with customers, manufacturing partners, and internal teams to keep orders moving and follow up on information needed to proceed. Responsibilities · Process routine and repeat orders. Check customer purchase orders against approved quotes and records for part numbers, revisions, pricing, quantities, delivery dates, and shipping instructions. · Enter customer sales orders and related manufacturing purchase orders in IQMS and maintain accurate order data. · Send customer order acknowledgments and review manufacturing partner confirmations for accuracy. · Track open orders, delivery schedules, and shipment status. Follow up with manufacturing partners and communicate updates to customers and internal teams. · Coordinate direct shipments and shipments through FCT, including pick tickets, packing slips, tracking information, and special customer instructions. · Coordinate and document assigned component and material shipments to manufacturing partners, including required shipment logs. · Maintain customer folders, purchase orders, correspondence, and order tracking records according to established procedures. · Route new, revised, reactivated, or unclear orders and setup issues to the Customer Operations Coordinator for review. Confirm required reviews and approvals are complete before releasing orders. · Communicate order discrepancies, delivery concerns, and quality issues to the appropriate internal team and follow up on assigned actions. Qualifications · Experience in order processing, customer support, sales administration, or a similar role. · Experience using ERP systems to enter and track orders. · Strong accuracy when working with part numbers, revisions, quantities, pricing, and shipping details. · Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook. · Clear written and verbal communication, reliable follow-through, and the ability to manage competing priorities and recognize when an issue needs review. Preferred experience Experience in manufacturing, electronics, or distribution, including supplier follow-up and shipping coordination.
