Order Fulfillment Specialist

Job Summary We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented Fulfillment Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with our Fundraising Specialists to fulfill flag and signage orders for golf tournament clients across the country. You will be client-facing, managing communication and order fulfillment from start to finish, and will play a key role in making sure every event gets exactly what they need, on time and on brand. Key Responsibilities Work directly with Fundraising Specialists to fulfill flag and signage orders for onboarded clients Communicate with clients via email and phone throughout the fulfillment process Manage and track orders using internal software and systems Create custom URLs for client event websites Use AI tools and an internal design platform to create and edit custom orders Incorporate client feedback and make design revisions in a timely manner Coordinate with internal teams to identify and implement process efficiencies Maintain clear and professional communication with internal staff across departments Qualifications Prior client-facing or customer service experience preferred Some in-office work experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work well under time constraints Comfortable working in a computer-heavy role with various software tools Creative thinker who can adapt quickly to feedback and changing priorities Some design experience is a plus but not required Ability to work in-office 36 hours per week (Fridays are a half day); WFH flexibility possible in the future Compensation $40,000 - $45,000 base salary Full benefits package (details provided during the interview process)
