Who We Are Project Kalaā is a vintage and antique home décor brand shipping one-of-a-kind objects - hand-carved wood, aged teak, marble, iron bells, and more to homes across North America. Every order we send out carries a piece of history in it, and we want it packed like it matters. Because it does. The Role We’re looking for a reliable, careful, and detail-oriented person local to Maple Ridge to join us part-time as a Packing Associate. This is a hands-on role, you’ll be the last set of hands on every order before it reaches our customers, so pride in your work matters here. What You’ll Be Doing Safely packing fragile and heavy vintage décor items for shipment Generating and printing shipping labels via Etsy and Shopify Inspecting items for quality before they go out the door Keeping inventory and storage space organised and tidy Coordinating courier pickups as needed Assisting with inventory counts and stock movement What We’re Looking For Local to Maple Ridge Able to lift up to 50 lbs, when shipping heavy items Own a laptop to process shipping labels Detail-oriented and comfortable working independently Warehouse, shipping, or packing experience is a bonus, but if you’re careful with your hands and take pride in doing things right, we’d love to hear from you To Apply Send your resume to mallika@projectkalaa.com with the subject line: Packing Associate — Maple Ridge We’d love to know a little about you beyond the resume — feel free to tell us why this feels like a good fit!
