Order Fulfillment Associate

Overview As an Order Fulfillment Associate, you’ll keep warehouse orders moving accurately and safely from inventory to shipment. You’ll use scanning tools and material handling equipment to pick, pack, and prepare products for delivery. Your impact: Accurate order fulfillment helps customers receive the right products in good condition and on time. Duties Pick and verify items using an RF (radio frequency) scanner, barcode scanning, and a warehouse management system (WMS). Pack and label orders, perform quality checks, and prepare shipments for dispatch. Receive, unload, stock, and organize inventory; support shipping and receiving tasks. Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, reach trucks, and cherry pickers as authorized. Follow safety protocols, use personal protective equipment (PPE), and report inventory or equipment issues. Experience Warehouse experience, order picking, picking and packing, packaging, stocking, and inventory management are helpful. Familiarity with warehouse operations, warehouse distribution, inventory management systems, and WMS is preferred. Experience with heavy equipment operation, materials handling, manual handling, load and unload tasks, and material handling equipment operation is an asset. Basic math skills and careful attention to order accuracy are important. Warehouse supervisor experience is a plus, but not required. Be prepared to perform heavy lifting safely and follow established procedures. Pay: $24.09 - $29.01 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Work Location: In person
