Order Fulfillment Associate

Job Overview As an Order Fulfillment Associate, you’ll keep warehouse operations moving by accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. You’ll use warehouse equipment and a warehouse management system to track inventory, handle materials safely, and help ensure orders are ready to reach customers on time. Your impact: Accurate order fulfillment helps customers receive the right products and supports a smooth flow through warehouse distribution. Responsibilities Pick orders using an order picker, reach truck, cherry picker, forklift, or pallet jack as authorized Scan barcodes with an RF (radio frequency) scanner and update inventory management systems Pack and label orders, complete quality checks, and prepare shipments Load and unload deliveries, receive goods, and stock materials in designated locations Follow safety protocols, use personal protective equipment (PPE), and perform manual handling and heavy lifting safely Requirements Warehouse experience, including order picking, picking and packing, packaging, shipping and receiving, or inventory management Basic math skills and attention to detail for checking quantities and order accuracy Experience operating material handling equipment or other heavy equipment; ability to follow equipment safety procedures Familiarity with warehouse management systems and barcode scanning for logistics Warehouse supervisor experience is a plus; all candidates should be ready to contribute to safe, organized warehouse operations Pay: $24.88 - $29.97 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Work Location: In person
