Sunnking specializes in collecting, refurbishing, reselling, and recycling electronic equipment from residential and commercial clients throughout New York State and surrounding areas. Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Associate to join our team! In this role, you will be the backbone of our warehouse operations, ensuring that customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped efficiently. Your energy and precision will help us deliver exceptional service while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse management and logistics. Hours are Monday - Friday; 8 AM - 4:30 PM Duties Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment following company guidelines. Safely and securely package items to prevent damage in transit. Generate and affix shipping labels and documentation. Coordinate with carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, freight, etc.) for pickups and deliveries. Maintain a clean and organized shipping/receiving area. Track inventory of packaging supplies and request reorders as needed. Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned. Qualifications Prior warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse operations is preferred Forklift experience is a plus Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and barcode scanning technology for logistics is a plus Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting safely Basic math skills for order accuracy and inventory counts Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety protocol adherence Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team Join us at Sunnking where your energy fuels our success!
