Order Fulfillment Associate

Job Summary As an Order Fulfillment Associate, you’ll keep warehouse operations moving by accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. You’ll use warehouse management systems and equipment to handle materials, maintain inventory, and support safe, reliable warehouse distribution. Your impact: Accurate order fulfillment helps customers receive the right products in good condition and on time. Responsibilities Pick orders using an order picker, RF scanner, and barcode scanning tools; verify items and quantities with basic math. Pack and label products, perform quality control checks, and prepare shipments for dispatch. Load and unload deliveries, receive and stock materials, and support shipping and receiving tasks. Use pallet jacks and, when qualified, forklifts, reach trucks, or cherry pickers; follow equipment procedures. Maintain inventory records and an orderly work area while following safety protocols and using required personal protective equipment (PPE). Experience Warehouse experience in order picking, picking and packing, packaging, materials handling, or inventory management is helpful. Familiarity with warehouse management systems, inventory management systems, and warehouse distribution is preferred. Experience operating material handling equipment or heavy equipment is an asset; follow site requirements for equipment use. Ability to perform manual handling and heavy lifting safely, and to follow safety procedures consistently. Warehouse supervisor experience is a plus, but not required.
