Order Fulfillment Associate

Job Title: Warehouse Associate (Order Fulfillment – Picking & Packing) Location: Kāneʻohe, Hawaii (In-Person) This is not a remote role. Applicants must currently live on Oʻahu or be willing to relocate before starting. About KC Company Ltd. KC Hawaii is a locally family-owned wholesale distributor supplying Hawaiian gifts and souvenirs to retailers worldwide since 1998. About the Role We’re hiring a Order Fulfillment Associate to support our daily order fulfillment operations. This role focuses on accurate picking, packing, and shipping of customer order s in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This is a hands-on, physical role best suited for individuals who are dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable being on their feet throughout the day. Schedule Full-time (40 hours/week) Monday–Friday 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM Occasional overtime may be required during busy periods What You’ll Do Pick products accurately using order sheets or handheld scanners Pack and prepare orders for shipment to meet daily deadlines Use scanning systems to track inventory and ensure order accuracy Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow warehouse procedures and safety guidelines Support other warehouse tasks as needed What We’re Looking For (Must-Have) Reliable attendance and punctuality (critical for this role) Ability to work on your feet for most of the shift Comfortable lifting and carrying up to 20-35 lbs regularly Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail (order accuracy is essential) Basic computer skills (scanners, simple systems) Team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Previous warehouse, fulfillment, stocking, or production experience Experience with picking/packing or shipping processes Physical Requirements Standing and walking for extended periods Frequent lifting (up to 35 lbs) Bending, reaching, and working at various heights Navigating warehouse aisles and using ladders when needed Compensation & Benefits $18.00 – $19.00 per hour (based on experience) Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance Short-term & Long-term Disability Paid Holidays + Paid Time Off (PTO) Parental leave and supplemental disability benefits Potential for performance-based incentives/bonuses Important Notes (Read Before Applying) This is a physically active, fast-paced warehouse role Not remote — must be able to work on-site in Kāneʻohe daily Consistent attendance and reliability are essential for success How to Apply Resumes are required for consideration.
