Order Fulfillment Associate

Job Overview As an Order Fulfillment Associate, you’ll keep warehouse operations moving by accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. You’ll use warehouse equipment and technology to handle materials, maintain inventory, and support safe, organized warehouse distribution. Your attention to detail helps ensure orders are complete and ready for the next step. Responsibilities Pick and pack orders using an order picker, RF (radio frequency) scanner, and barcode scanning tools; verify items and quantities through quality control checks. Operate pallet jacks and, when qualified and authorized, forklifts, reach trucks, and cherry pickers to move, stock, load, and unload materials. Package orders, prepare shipments, and assist with shipping and receiving while following warehouse management system procedures. Update inventory records, support inventory management, and keep work areas organized. Follow safety protocols, use personal protective equipment (PPE), and apply safe manual handling practices when lifting or moving heavy items. Your impact: Accurate order fulfillment helps customers receive the right products and helps warehouse teams keep shipments moving reliably. Qualifications Warehouse experience, order fulfillment, or warehouse distribution experience is helpful; warehouse supervisor experience is a plus. Familiarity with warehouse management systems or inventory management systems, RF scanners, and basic math is preferred. Ability to perform picking and packing, stocking, packaging, and materials handling tasks, including heavy lifting. Experience operating material handling equipment or other heavy equipment is preferred; equipment use must follow applicable authorization and safety requirements. Ability to follow safety procedures and work carefully in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Pay: $23.67 - $28.50 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Work Location: In person
